The aim is to identify and recommend a career path for an individual. This requires skills gap analysis by taking in account the individual’s skills, qualifications and experience and matching it against prospective role.

Input Data

Input data consists of engineering & technology jobs listings. Job listings are then parsed to identify and extract the job title, job id, minimum requirements and preferred requirements.

NLP Dependency Parsing

Dependency parsing is an NLP technique that allows us to parse texts to determine a relationships between the various words of the text.

Graph Database 

The dependency parsing results are cleaned and processed to remove to make it compatible for our graph database.

The nodes and relations are given suitable properties to allow us to draw inferences as needed
